Lourdes Julian Doplita Çabuk was born in the Philippines in 1950. She earned a degree in medical technology and attended workshops on art, beauty, and spiritual development. She has expanded her yoga knowledge under the coaching of yoga master Adnan Ananda Siddviho Çabuk, the yoga master, after having studied in India and the USA.

She has been sharing her experiences at the YAASC Siddashram Yoga Center in Nişantaşı and acting as an assistant to master Adnan Ananda Siddviho Çabuk since 2000. She has written two books, entitled “Yoga For a Beautiful Face” and “Youthful Stance.”
