Born in Akhisar in 1979, Nihan Seçal graduated from the Department of Statistics, Mimar Sinan University in 2002. Started her professional life while attending university education in 2000, Nihan Secal held senior positions at Turkey’s leading brands such as Turkish Garanti Bank, Ipsos KMG Marketing Research, Dogan Radio Group, and Digiturk.

In early 2012, she completed her professional coaching training at Adler International Learning Coaching School, a school accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Towards the end of 2012, she completed a NVC (Non Violent Communication) Training, focusing on “Relationship and Communication Coaching”, and developing pesonal empathy orientation, which was launched by Marshall Rosenberg, e.g. the founder of the peaceful communiecation theory. In 2013, she completed the Practicum (Master) course, e.g. an Advanced Coaching Training delivered at Adler International Learning Coaching School, with the belief in continuous development and learning in her coaching journey. Having worked as an Executive Coach and Educational Consultant for a long time at Submarine Deep and Advanced Coaching and Education Company, Nihan Seçal has combined her individual development with the nature along with the development of her new life style, and created a project on Coaching Dogs to lead individuals, schools, foundations, and institutions on a leadership basis.
