Ömer Uzun, born in Samsun in 1961, graduated from Gazi University’s Mechanical Education program in the department of Production Engineering. He has worked extensively as a trainer in many areas of personal development, from team work and communication skills to stress management and presentation techniques. Uzun also offers consulting services in developing leadership skills.

He has consulted for the Learning Organization Practice Teams project since 2003, and published the book “TailorMade Leadership.”
