YAĞIZ İZGÜL

Born in 1977, Istanbul, Yağız İzgül received his bachelor’s degree in engineering before he worked as chef and provided consulting services to various restaurants. Then, he founded HECHA, the first cast iron kitchen equipment brand in Turkey. He acted as a judge and presenter at several TV shows. He has given lectures on entrepreneurship and brand development in a number of universities and educational institutions. He is engaged in founding kitchens of various restaurants and offering menu consulting services currently. Also, he is working on a new book, Tek Gecelik Yemekler, which will blend food and love through a genius outlook.
