Bilge Kadıoğlu earned her bachelor’s degree from Yeditepe University and went on to receive a master’s degree in the United States. She returned to Turkey in 2007 and started to work at a family-owned company established in 1886. Bilge Kadıoğlu holds workshops with foreign guests, and provides training on spices in culinary schools including the Culinary Arts Academy of Istanbul, Chefschool at Kadir Has University and the Doors Academy.
