Born in Samsun, Elvan Odabaşı completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Samsun.
She obtained her B.Sc. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Hacettepe University in 2004.

In 2006, she established Formeo Doya Doya Yaşam Merkezi in Ankara with her partner Elvin Odabaşı Pekiyi. From 2009 till 2019, she contributed to F&B industry with healthy recipes prepared under the brand of Fitizdiet, of which she is a founding partner.

She gave birth to her daughter, Mavi Deniz, in 2012. She is the author of two books; Doya Doya Zayıfla published in 2011 followed with Hayallerin Defteri in 2015.

Having acted as the presenter and editor of Elvan Odabaşı ile Doya Doya Yaşam, a TV show aired at NTV in 2017, Odabaşı started her Youtube channel in 2018.

In 2019, she created FORMEOCOWORK brand with her partner Elvin Odabaşı Pekiyi as an indication of her 13-year-long experience in the industry.

A former scholarship student of BESVAK, she has been organizing Career Days of BESVAK as its board member for 5 years.

She is a member of TDD (Turkish Dietetic Association). She acts as the advisor and policy maker of domestic and global FOOD and OTC brands.
